ASAP is a dedicated independent consultancy firm engaged extensively in E Mobility, Railways, Telecom, Defence & Aerospace, Infrastructure of Smart Cities, Energy Storage, Solar Power, Stand by Batteries and Oil & Gas.The team’s professional background is under Avnish Arora, Sunil Kumar Pal and Rajiv Puri. They discovered a market void transitioning from traditional battery technologies to more advanced battery electrochemistry suitable for emerging domains such as E-mobility and Energy storage. This discovery prompted them to seize this challenging opportunity, leveraging their extensive past experience, credentials, and expertise.
In May 2022, they established their MSME-approved Engineering Consultancy Start-up named M/s ASAP Engineering and Consultants. Their focus was predominantly on engaging with domestic manufacturing sectors and international companies with robust in-house capabilities. These enterprises sought to reinforce brownfield projects and initiate greenfield projects within India. Recognising the demand, they identified the requirement for a boutique consulting firm capable of guiding such promising organisations, assisting them in establishing a foothold in the Indian market and fostering organic growth.
Within a short span of time, the company has successfully had an exclusive tie-up with 3-4 Internationally famed organisations and 7-8 domestic companies, enabling them to achieve their goals and augment the Integration of Sales & Service functions to maximise output by handling their challenges. The biggest challenge faced by the company was to seek honest commercial compensation for our efforts deployed through their expertise put to use for assigned projects given by their prospective clients. Their international clients would quickly see a more significant value innovation than domestic customers through, logically, more directional efforts administered by them for the domestic market.

Avnish Arora, the founder of M/s ASAP Engineering and Consultants, is a seasoned engineering professional. His last assignment was with M/s HBL Power Systems Ltd as Sr. Vice President of Marketing. Comes with a blend of Domestic & Global business development exposure of over three decades, having an unblemished proven track record of Entrepreneurship.
Sunil Kumar Pal is the co-founder. His last assignment was with M/s HBL Power Systems Ltd as a General Manager of Sales. He is an accomplished professional with 28-plus years of experience in the Sales of Batteries for mission-critical applications in Industry (Power, Solar and Oil & Gas) etc. and in business development for MAKE IN INDIA Défense Projects.
Rajiv Puri, founder of Zook EV and Zook Mobility Services. He is an automotive expert with vast experience with Tata Motors, CLAAS & Uniparts, managing their distribution network of commercial vehicles. With rich entrepreneurial experience, he has been engaged with the EV industry since its inception with expertise in EV technologies & best cost sourcing. Rajiv was a director in a wholly-owned Indian subsidiary of Dynavolt, one of the largest Chinese companies in lithium batteries, electric bikes and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
