The sources predict the name “Malti” was obtained after Priyanka Chopra’s Mom, Ms Madhu Chopra whose Instagram id name is Madhumalathi. Malati by default is a Sanskrit word that means Jasmine or moonlight. Marie by default belongs to Christianity which is kept after the Goddess Mary.
