Fortunately, workers or those starting their profession can gauge which companies did better than others. The pandemic has placed companies’ reputations on the line as workers begin to understand what matters to them after the abrupt shift impacted everyone — both personally and professionally — by changing the way in which we work and approach everyday life. The Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited or HDFC was among the first financial institutions in India to receive an “in principle” approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a bank in the private sector.
